Our staff proudly serves clients in the Greater Hamilton area at our office in Stoney Creek. Our aim is to always go above and beyond your expectations. We care about our clients, and we always look to fulfill their individual foot care needs.

Chelsey Overell, BSc. DCh
Chiropodist & Foot Specialist
Chelsey completed a Biomedical Sciences degree at the University of Guelph, followed by graduating from the Chiropody program in 2015. Chelsey has been working in an Oakville private practice for the past three and a half years as well as the Hamilton Aboriginal Health Centre, In 2018 Chelsey took ownership of the Chestnut Tree from retiring Ann Paul . Chelsey has worked with all types of foot problems and specializes in orthotics, ingrown toenail surgery, and diabetic wound care. Chelsey has grown up in Stoney Creek and looks forward to serving the community for years to come.
In her spare time Chelsey enjoys skiing down in Ellicottville. Chelsey also owns horses and teaches riding lessons as well as competes herself.
Braveenan Nirmalan, B.Sc. (Hons), D.Ch.
Chiropodist & Foot Specialist
Braveenan has been working with the Chestnut Tree for the past year and has increased his days at the clinic due to popular demand! Braveenan is a distinguished graduate of the Michener Institute’s Chiropody program, where he earned his Advanced Graduate Diploma of Health Sciences in Chiropody, and was also the recipient of the President’s Scholarship.
Braveenan has worked in complex care with Toronto Rehab, in the Wound Care Centre at Women’s College Hospital, and worked in various private clinics throughout the GTA. His areas of expertise include diabetic foot care, orthotics, ingrown toenail surgery, and biomechanics.
Braveenan is registered with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario, and is a member of the Ontario Society of Chiropodists (OSC), as well as the Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine (CFPM). He is passionate about health and fitness, music, and making others laugh!
